Let's face it, whether its a concert or a night club the lighting is equally as important as the music. Lighting a venue isn't always as easy as it sounds, and there is no standard one size fits all solution to creating a stunning light show. That's why at DimPad we're here to help guide you through the process of cr
PROPER LIGHTING CAN TURN A GOOD NIGHT INTO AN EXTRAORDINARY NIGHT
The consultation is the beginning of creating the light show you've always imagined. During the consultation one of our highly experienced designers will review and map your space. We will discuss your goals and desired effects to turn your space into a beautifully designed lighting venue. Our designers will also inspect options for rigging and electrical so there are no surprise cost during the build phase.
After our designers have viewed the venue work begins on designing the lighting rigs. Designs are drawn up using CAD software to ensure proper placement for the optimal results. Every detail is factored into the design process, from the beam angles of lamps down to the wiring to power everything. We also provide realistic renderings so clients can visualize the lighting before it's built.
Once preliminary design drafts are approved the process begins with ordering the equipment. We have partnered with top vendors to get the best pricing on lighting equipment from manufactures such as Astera, Elation Professional, and Clay Paky. During the build phase safety is our #1 priority, as such all of our installers are highly trained in their respective field. For permeant installations the use of licensed electrical contractors ensure that all electrical connections are up to code and safe for your customers and employees.
Once the truss is up and lights are connected our skilled lighting designers will check everything over and begin programming scenes for the venue. Color palettes get selected and the overall look of the venue begins to come to life. This is where the magic happens the plan really starts coming together.
Once the build is complete, it's time to make sure your light show remains running and stays dynamic. We can provide training to one or more venue employees on how to both maintain the lighting equipment and to run and design their own effects using that equipment. We review troubleshooting techniques in the event of equipment malfunction, and provide in depth knowledge of dimmer console programming and editing.
With the Lightning installed, and programmed, it's time to set back and enjoy the show.
